Intelligent Voice Operating System is an old application developed by ComunX that can run only on Windows 98, Windows Me, Windows NT, Windows 2000 and Windows XP platforms. If it is not running on your computer, right-click on the application launcher and select Run as Administrator option. If it still doesn't work, try uninstalling the software and then installing it again. This should fix it. If not, it means that the application is not compatible with your system.
